When dentist Jesse Heywood decides to travel from his Philadelphia home to the Wild West, he meets up with outlaw Penelope Cushings when she holds up his stagecoach. However, this is only the beginning of their acquaintance, as the two team up together for a series of mishaps and misunderstandings.
