Renowned film director Harry Stone has been stung by a series of flops. In an attempt to get out of debt, he takes the only option open to him–directing a teenage science-fiction movie about…a flying pickle. Convinced he has committed artistic suicide, Harry looks for comfort from his mother, his ex-wife, and his too-young French girlfriend.
