begins with two young women murdered by a mysterious killer on a motorcycle. Commissioner Beauclair (Pierre Massimi) discovers the women had escaped the “dressing-center” of a bordello for wealthy clientele. All witnesses to trace this path of prostitution are slaughtered, however when Beauclair makes significant progress in the investigation, the case is suppressed because it undermines a foreign head of state.
